Ken forged a successful career in sales and sales management in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He has been a business owner, a partner, and a VP of Sales and Marketing at various companies since he began his career after college.

Ken worked his way through Baylor University, earning BBA and MBA degrees. In addition to his business experience, he has been a faculty member of several colleges and universities. He has taught in the Management Department at The University of Texas at Arlington at both the undergraduate level and in their MBA program (Organizational Behavior, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership in Organizations). He is an adjunct Professor of Management at Concordia University (Austin), and has taught Principles of Marketing to business students at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.

His course development work includes preparation of a course in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Ken has spoken to several business groups and trade organizations about various business topics, including sales training, negotiation, marketing products and services, and how to use financial statements in managing a business. He regularly attends trade shows in the industries where his clients compete to keep his knowledge of the industry and the competition on the cutting edge.

Ken is a published author. His book, YOUR COMPLETE GUIDE TO JOB SEARCH AND CAREER CHANGE, is a valuable tool for those who have displaced during the recent downturn in the economy.
